 First you need an application form. You can download application form from official portal or you can also visit to concerned authority office and take application form.

 Proceed to concerned authority office and submit your application with all document and fee charges to obtain caste certificate. The concerned officer verifies all details in form and documents. After all verification, issue caste certificate.

(c) Proof of Address (Voter ID Card / Passport / Driving License / Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Electricity Bill / Rent Receipt / Ration Card / Property Tax Receipt / Bank Passbook) पते का प्रमाण (वोटर आईडी कार्ड / पासपोर्ट / ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस / बिजली का बिल / पानी के बिल / बिजली का बिल / किराए की रसीद / राशन कार्ड / सम्पत्ति कर रसीद / बैंक पासबुक)

(d) Caste certificate of any family member किसी भी परिवार के सदस्य की जाति प्रमाण पत्र

(e) If married women, then caste proof before marriage.

(f) If applicant migrated from other state / district then caste certificate of applicant’s father issued by competent authority.

(g) In case of conversion of religion then proof of caste before conversion.

Fee Charges शुल्क

Applicant you need to pay Rs. 5 as stamp fee charges for applying for caste certificate.

Concerned Authority संबंधित प्राधिकारी

Application to obtain caste certificate is to be submit to the Sub – District Magistrate or Tehsildar or Revenue Department with all documents. You need to take receipt after submit of application used for future reference.

Delivery Period अवधि

Caste certificate will delivered to applicant within 10 to 15 days from date of application. Visit to office in person with receipt to collect caste certificate.
